Wearable Art & Gifts

Every design here started as an original tapestry, woven by hand from retired commercial fishing gear off the Port of Newport, Oregon. Rope and net that once worked the water are reshaped into images of the wildlife and maritime traditions that define the Pacific Northwest coast.

This collection includes designs adapted from selected weavings exhibited in Rebecca Hooper: Woven from the Port at the Newport Visual Arts Center, June 12 – August 30, 2026.
